The Unicus Critical Thinking Olympiad (UCTO) Class 5 is an internationally conducted exam organised by Unicus Olympiads, designed to enhance the critical thinking skills of students worldwide. The exam challenges students to think critically and apply their knowledge to solve various types of problems, going beyond rote learning.
The UCTO aims to enhance students' ability to approach problems with a structured thought process, promoting critical thinking and intellectual curiosity. It aims to engage young learners by presenting problems in a way that encourages independent thinking and creativity. The Olympiad helps students build a strong foundation in reasoning and cognitive skills, which are essential for success in future academic growth.
The UCTO is conducted online, allowing students to participate from the comfort of their homes. The exam consists of multiple-choice questions covering various Class 4 UCTO curriculum topics. The syllabus of Class 5 covers the topics from the previous 2 classes passed by the student.
The exam duration is 60 minutes. Students will also get three mock tests (including a free trial) to practice before the final exam. Each mock test may be taken up to three times.
The exam is divided into two sections:
Classic Section includes questions related to practical applications of logical reasoning.
Scholar Section includes questions on High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS).
