The Unicus English Olympiad (UEO) is an international competitive exam conducted for Class 1 students. This exam is specially designed to help young students learn and improve their English skills. It introduces children to basic English in a fun and interesting way. This exam is a fantastic method for students to put what they have learnt in class into practice because it concentrates on key topics like vocabulary, grammar and reading comprehension.
Class 1 students are very fragile. They’ll grasp as they are taught. Accordingly, the UEO exam helps them learn about common English words and form sentences. Overall, the UEO exam for Class 1 provides a valuable opportunity for young learners to build a strong foundation in English, make language learning both enjoyable and educational, and boost their confidence in a supportive environment.
The UEO is conducted online, allowing students to participate from the comfort of their homes. The exam consists of multiple-choice questions covering various Class 1 English curriculum topics. The syllabus of class 1st covers the topics of pre-primary classes.
The exam duration is 45 minutes. Students will also get three mock tests (including a free trial) to practice before the final exam. Each mock test can be taken up to three times. The exam is divided into two sections:
Classic Section includes questions related to practical applications of English.
Scholar Section includes questions on High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS)
NOTE: Please note that the exams for class 1 will be parent/teacher-assisted.

To participate in the Unicus Olympiads, students must complete the registration process through their school or individually. The Olympiad is open to all students. Below are the detailed instructions to ensure a smooth registration process.
To register for the Unicus English Olympiad (UEO), follow these steps:
Confirm that you are a student from Class 1 to 11 to be eligible.
Schools registered with Unicus Olympiads will receive a prospectus and registration forms.
If your school is not registered, email at info@unicusolympiads.com to request the prospectus.
Ensure that schools submit the completed registration forms at least one month before the final exam.
