The Unicus General Knowledge Olympiad (UGKO) is an international competitive exam conducted for Class 9 students. The exam enhances students' general awareness, critical thinking, and analytical skills. At this stage, students are in their academic journey where they serve as the foundation for more advanced studies in Class 10 and beyond. Considering this the UGKO encourages learners to explore topics beyond the standard curriculum and fosters a deeper understanding of current affairs, science, history, geography, and other key areas.
By participating in the UGKO, students can refine their problem-solving abilities and broaden their intellectual horizons. The exam format is crafted to challenge students’ minds while keeping the questions engaging and relevant. The UGKO is conducted online, allowing students to participate from the comfort of their homes. The exam consists of multiple-choice questions covering various Class 9 scientific curriculum topics. The syllabus of class 9 covers the previous 2 classes passed by the student.
The exam duration is 60 minutes. Students will also get three mock tests (including a free trial) to practice before the final exam. Each mock test can be taken up to three times.
The exam is divided into two sections:
Classic Section includes questions related to General Knowledge.
Scholar Section includes questions on Current Affairs.
