The Unicus Global Mathematics Olympiad (UGMO) for class 7 students is an internationally recognised competitive exam. It aims to provide a platform for students to challenge themselves in the field of mathematics among peers. This exam evaluates mathematical concepts, problem-solving abilities, critical thinking abilities and offers exposure to international-level competition. UGMO takes place annually in the winter season, making it a perfect time for students to examine their knowledge and improve their academic abilities during their regular school year.

The UGMO is conducted online, allowing students to participate from the comfort of their homes. The exam contains multiple-choice questions. UGMO topics/syllabus will be taken from the same class in which the student is currently studying.
The exam duration is 60 minutes. Students will also get three mock tests (including a free trial) to practice before the final exam. Each mock test may be taken up to three times.
The exam is divided into two sections:
Classic Section: This section will consist of questions related to practical applications of Mathematics
Scholar Section: This section will have questions on High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS)
