The Unicus Mathematics Olympiad (UMO) is an international competitive exam conducted for Class 1 students. This exam aims to test and upskill young learners' mathematical concepts and analytical abilities because, at a young age, students' minds are like sponges, ready to absorb new information and experiences as taught.
Considering this, the UMO is designed to encourage students to learn mathematical concepts through fun and interactive methods. This Olympiad helps students strengthen their foundation in mathematics, preparing them for future academic success while making learning fun and engaging.
The UMO is conducted online, allowing students to participate from the comfort of their homes.The exam consists of multiple-choice questions covering various Class 1 mathematics curriculum topics. The syllabus of class 1st covers the topics of pre-primary classes.
The exam duration is 45 minutes. Students will also get three mock tests (including a free trial) to practice before the final exam. Each mock test can be taken up to three times. The exam is divided into two sections:
Classic Section includes questions related to practical applications of Mathematics.
Scholar Section includes questions on High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS)
NOTE: Please note that the exams for class 1 will be parent/teacher-assisted.
